Imani ... your Black History books are AWEsome!!! On Saturday, 2•21•26 at my church ... I had all four booklets on display for an Annual Black History Health Provider Seminar. My peeps were in awe. Your books are BEAUTIFUL, full of our much needed to be known BLACK HISTORY information & reasonably priced. You did your research! You did yo' peeps a gr8 service. By putting these books on display ... this was the 1st for everyone to see your AWEsome books in person. They love 'em & they stated ... that they plan to place their own order. Plus, I was thanked for bringing your books to their attention. AND I THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU'VE EXPOSED TO YOUR PEOPLE IN A FUN TYPE WAY. THE "WORD SEARCH" WAY. It's truly a fun way learning of our beautiful queen & king blackness! FYI. My books will NEVER be written in. I enjoyed working the puzzle. For those names which I was unfamiliar with I researched their background info. This allowed me to learn more black history information.
I put these for the kids and grandkids - but I found myself learning of people and places that I had no idea of ---- Thank you
this will be another teaching tool for my sons, mt grandkids, and my nephew and nieces. We cant let them forget about the history before us.
The word finds were very good for all ages from 3rd garde to adult. A little more info about each subject would be good for all ages some older folks forget and some students were not taught some facts.
