Print-on-Demand Production
All wholesale titles are produced using print-on-demand (POD) technology. Each order is printed specifically for your business once it is placed. This process ensures fresh, high-quality books and eliminates excess inventory. Because of this custom production model:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the printing process.
- Print times may vary slightly depending on volume and season.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wholesale orders. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If an order arrives with damaged, misprinted, or missing books, replacements will be provided at no extra cost when reported within 60 days of delivery (with photo proof).
Quality & Consistency
Due to POD production, there may be slight variations in color, alignment, or paper stock between batches. These differences are normal and do not affect the readability or overall quality of the books.
Minimum Orders
Wholesale pricing applies only to orders meeting the minimum purchase requirements outlined on the wholesale application form or in direct communication.
Shipping
- Shipping is calculated based on your order volume and delivery location.
- Orders are shipped directly from the print facility.
- Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
- Delivery timelines may vary by region; delays due to carriers or customs are outside of our control.
Intellectual Property
All book titles, content, and designs remain the intellectual property of the publisher. Wholesale partners are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or alter content in any form.
Marketing & Representation
Wholesale partners agree to market and represent the books truthfully, without altering covers, titles, or associated educational claims. Use of product images or descriptions from our website is permitted for sales and promotional purposes.

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
